Comes as a full kit to fit your Outlaw Hybrid
When fitting, you simply use the supplied brackets and fitting kit. Remove the lower rear bumper support legs and instead fit the bottom bar of the bumper to the supplied flat plate bracket with the P clips in the kit. Extremely strong when fitted! See pics
